This workshop is focused on explaining to users how is the process of creating cannabis clubs in Uruguay. The FECCU (the federation that meets the needs of all cannabis clubs in the country) will also be officially announced. We will talk about both, indoor and outdoor clubs.

Also, we’ll be talking about the needs that must be taken into consideration urgently for a better operation and finally. We will close with a section for questions, in order to let stablished and former clubs to evacuate any doubt.

The workshop will offer tools to understand and improve the quality of outdoor crop soils. Basic knowledge will be provided for the preparation of type substrates and we’ll learn how to improve a typical coastal soil in a practical activity.

Conservation and sterilization of the seeds, cultivation location, introduction on the importance of measuring PH, EC and temperature, and advantages and consequences of temperature and humidity. Plants in a vegetative state, their deficiencies, excesses and blockages. Pests and solutions through the use of organic compounds. Flowering plants, their feeding with mineral and organic, their point of maturation and osmosis process (soil washing, not roots). Finally the stages of manicuring, cutting, drying and storage.

Introduction on the uses of hemp as a building material. Preparation of hempcrete and example of practical use on a wall. Participants can experiment with the material, making and placing the mixture in molds that simulate a wall type.

The workshop offers tools for the optimization of indoor cultivation. Together with the participants, we’ll carry out the assembly of different nutrient solutions and their corresponding measurement of PH and electroconductivity.

Meet the line of organic fertilizers and biostimulants and their correct application. Get important information about the use of water (from the tap, bottled mineral water and osmosis filter) and ph, how to handle it when working with microorganisms and how it influences the crop.

The Workshop provides knowledge and tools to obtain extractions, and reviews the main extraction methods. It covers information from the choice of the variety and its cultivation space, to the extraction stage and its techniques. It reviews the stages of cultivation and offers some pruning tips to increase the production focused on obtaining high productions for the realization of recreational and medicinal extractions.
